   The old casters on our chairs were ruining the carpet under the table. These are great! They glide right on without damaging the floor or carpet!

   Needed just one caster replacement for my pottery barn office Chair (the bearings had fallen out of 1 of 5 casters). I emailed Chair Parts with a photo of my broken caster. They responded right away. I chose to order 5 because the price was very good & I suspected future caster needs

   The casters arrived in the delivery window expected. They fit and work fine. Wish the bearing assembly was a bit tighter though.
