   The plastic base on my BodyBilt broke. Delighted to find a metal replacement, and at a very good price. The video help was essential in figuring out how to remove the old base (WD-40 and a mallet!).

   Metal base purchased to replace plastic one that broke at one caster. Removing the cylinder from the original base took some work - WD40 and rubber mallet.
   The replacement feels much more durable. A welcome upgrade!
   
   Especially impressive: opening the box revealed the totally and securely protected new base. A real professional job. Like someone actually cared about doing a good job.

   Excellent customer service. When I called, I got to talk to a person. Not only that, that person spoke English. They were able to help me select the right items to repair my dads chair. The shipping was fast and everything fit like a glove. I would definitely do business here again.

   Hardest part was removing the existing plastic base. From having lived with the old one so long it was necessary to use a sawzall to remove it.
   
   Figured aluminum would be more durable especially where the cylinder enters the opening.
   
   Fit perfectly and functioning like new now.

   I purchased this at the recommendation of the staff along with a different piston to lower the base level height of my office chair. This base is clean, well made, and also notably lighter weight than the steel and wood base it replaced. In combo, the chair height lowered 2" and I'm very happy. Thanks!

9. Excellent replacement part!

   I replaced a plastic base that had cracked after years of use. This new base is very solid, and I have no worries about cracking in the future. Solid, well-made, casters fit perfectly, gas cylinder fit perfectly, shipping was fast, and overall I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

    I love my chair but I was afraid it was trash after one of the plastic caster holes broke, leaving me with a "flat tire." So glad I found chairpartsonline. The product description was precise and let me know that I was ordering exactly what I needed. I had my new chair base one day later and had the chair reassembled in less than 5 minutes. My chair is good as new with a stronger base than before.
