   The gas cylinder is so easy to replace and magically, you have a chair that works again. It was shipped and arrived quickly. Way cheaper than buying a new chair.

   Part I needed came quickly and as described. Needed some help installing and called customer service. Talked to someone I could understand and who was knowledgeable and friendly. Wow, that is rare. Great experience!

   This replacement part works great. I guessed that it would be the correct fit for my chair and it allowed me to increase the height of my chair. I tried to call for technical advice twice but no one answered. I'm happy with the product and would buy it again

   This cylinder works great, it's a bit longer than my previous gas cylinder which is great because now I'm more comfortable sitting at the lowest level
