    So glad to keep my chair because its so comfortable, but the lift cylinder hadn't worked well since I bought it so I'm so glad I could buy this and get such great service from your company!

    Received replacement piston a few says after ordering. Videos that were on-line were a big help in removing the old piston. Reassembling the chair was easy peasy. Wish I watched these videos to replace piston in a Herman Miller chair that I ended up discardeding.

26. Fixed my sore neck

    I never realized my office chair was sinking until I got a new monitor. I started getting all sorts of neck cramps. Even got computer glasses to help see the screen with the angle I was in. One day my wife said let's switch chairs and see if mine is more comfortable than yours. Night and day difference. I now sit at the proper position and height.     I am so happy now with my office chair. I had just recently purchased a new office chair as my old one finally gave up after over 15 years of daily use. As I am a larger man (over 450#), disabled & on a strict budget, finding a replacement chair to fit my needs is a task in itself. But I was able to locate a chair to meet my needs as to size, style & capacity & for under $300. But when I received the chair & assembled it the height was less than what is comfortable for me. And it limited my ability to get out of the chair unassisted. Research lead me to chairpartsonline.com. I contacted customer service, supplied them with my needs. Gave them the measurements they requested. And they supplied me with a replacement cylinder that I could swap out on my new chair. After making the swap I am very happy so say that I could not be more pleased. Not only did I get a heavy duty unit with capacity greater than the OEM one. I also was able to get the additional height that i so desperately needed. And all this at such an economical cost. All told I still spent less than $300 on everything including the chair & now have a "custom" chair that fits my needs perfectly. All this & excellent customer service, just can't be beat.
