    The chair lift is way better than the original, and the hacked-together fix that I got elsewhere when the original wore out. Very quick delivery. A pleasure to do business with a company that has what you need, shows you what to do, and does what it says it will do.

    Received cylinder today and installed it without any problems. Fit was good and most importantly it raised the height of the office chair like I wanted.

    Delivery was prompt. The Unit protrudes thru the bottom about 1/2" more than my original (from Staples) but it's also taller - the range is still more than fine. The heavy-duty bit is for real. The product is noticeably better in terms of both appearance and function. I'm glad I didn't get the cheapest thing I could find.

    Have used this item 2 times and ordered a third. OEM parts do not last and this is a great fix for a favorite chair.

    Second time I purchased a replacement cylinder for my office chair. Part is perfect replacement and keeps my chair out of the dump.

    Quick delivery, works as advertised. Customer service rep who answered when I called was very helpful, troubleshooting the dimensional differences in my part and the one online, identifying a solution and sending me the parts that worked with the instructions needed to make them work. Perfect transaction.
