   I have not received them yet. I believe They are being held hostage by the Bellevillle Post Office (LOL)BUT, I have ordered these in the past and have nothing but rave reviews. Simple to put on and Saved us lots of money by being able to replace the just the part and not the entire stool. Thank you so much for your wonderful product. Wish everyone new how to save money by replacing a part instead of buying all new counter stools. THANKS!!!!

3. Swivel chair replacement plate

   The description and dimension were as advertised. A few reviews implied that it was difficult to rotate, while that may be the case initially they seemed to work well. Our original swivel chair plates rotated to easily resulting in little ones banging the seat backs into the counter top.

   Product was easy to install and works great. Saved me the cost of having to purchase a new bar stool. Representative was very helpful in getting correct part that I needed arriving in short timeframe.

   I work for a furniture repair shop. Just last week we need 2 swivel bases for bar stools and everywhere we searched they either didn't have the right size or way too expensive. chairpartsonline.com helped with getting the parts we needed an affordable rate.    Parts are indeed heavy duty and will outlast the rest of the chair. I replaced the swivels on all the chairs due to the quality of the parts. Customer service is the best.

   I purchased S4695. Fit perfectly, really heavy duty compared to original, easy to install. Shipping was great, arrived in 2-3 days. Bought one to make sure it fit, then ordered two more. Very happy with product! Online order got hung up in ‘processing’ stage so had to call to complete it; left message & customer service called back within 15 mins.
