1. My chair works again

   Old cylinder on my chair couldn't keep the chair at the right height for me. I thought I would have to buy a new chair, but Chair Parts Online has helpful videos and information that showed me I could replace the cylinder, and which one to get. Additional videos showed removal and installation-so simple. It's nice to be sitting comfortably again.

   I have an office chair that’s mature but still in good shape. The manufacturer stopped making it years ago. Unfortunately the gas shock has seen better days. Chairpartsonline were able to find the correct replacement. I applaud their phone support as well as their website. They even have instructional videos for replacing the part. I highly recommend them!!
