1. Quickly fixed my chair!

   I looked at all the videos and pages online with the company and figured out what I needed. To confirm I called customer service, the rep was highly trained, agreed with my thought process and choice of part. I ordered it online, got it a few days later and in about 60 seconds had my chair back in operation. I had everything already apart, cleaned and ready to install the new parts. I recommend watching the tear down videos, the old cylinder is hard to get out, have to beat it harder than I anticipated.

   Old cylinder on my chair couldn't keep the chair at the right height for me. I thought I would have to buy a new chair, but Chair Parts Online has helpful videos and information that showed me I could replace the cylinder, and which one to get. Additional videos showed removal and installation-so simple. It's nice to be sitting comfortably again.

   This is a very strong Hydraulic cylinder. Heavier than the original. Very quick delivery and simple install. Thanks for the video.
