1. Solid Construction and Perfect Function

   It is exactly as advertised. Much thicker and heavier material than my chair's old tilt control, and doesn't have any slop in the mechanism. I finally have an office chair that doesn't wobble or make noise with every movement.
   
   The only thing some may not like is the physical weight of this tilt control. It's noticeably heavier than a light duty control from the factory. It doesn't bother me, but I notice it when moving the chair around.

   Part came in great condition within a week of me ordering. Installation was simple and instantly improved the weight capacity compared to the factory part.

   Perfect fit to replace a base on a chair.
   
   The prior base and pneumatic cylinder lift were inseparable from more than 5 years of use with weight greater than the operating specification of the cylinder.

   ordered a replacement component from Chair Parts Online and was very impressed with the quality. The part was incredibly resilient, well-made, and fit perfectly—repairing my chair with zero issues. In fact, the replacement is better than the original. It restored my $300 chair back to factory condition after eight years of heavy use and abuse. Couldn’t ask for more.

   I am very heavy person and these bases will last me years. They have the best welding for the connection from the post to base with gusset to support strongly. Lean has strong springs and control

10. Better than EXPECTED

    I bought this to replace the broken Base Tilt Mechanism in my Cougar Armor Series chair. I was concerned it might not fit but it went right on and dropped onto the pedestal without a problem, its BETTER than the original.
