Product Description
Chair swivel replacement control mechanism. We mounted our S2979 control on a piece of quality 3/4" MDF to accommodate the 6" x 8.7" mounting hole pattern. Unit is shipped ready to use as pictured.
Specifications:
- Accepts standard 28MM (1.1") tapered gas cylinder
- Single lever for gas cylinder activation
- Push lever for tilt lock.
- Hand wheel for tilt tension adjustment
- Color: Black
- Mounting pattern: 6" x 8.7" center to center of holes (+/- 3/16")
- Due to the thickness of the board, longer mounting hardware will likely be required. Since the standard required length is specific to the chair, bolts cannot be provided. Replacement bolts 3/4" longer than the existing hardware are recommended.
