1. FOUND IT HERE!

   The cylinder for my Equa 1 chair has been in need of changing for many years. It was quite a relief to find it and feel confident I was getting the correct model. The helpful pictures and descriptions on the website made it all possible. When the item arrived it was packed well so it came without damage. It also had installation instructions. Without the instructions I would likely messed something up! Great job...well done.

   At the time I first contacted Chairpartsonline, they did not have the part I needed in stock. But the rep gave me some helpful information and told me when they would have the part. When the part was in stock he let me know, I ordered the part, it arrived quickly and was easily installed.

   Easy to replace, instructions were clear. Popped it and it works perfectly. Got myself an Equa 1 that works like new.

   The shop manager/owner (not sure exactly) took time to give me insight and what to look for in order to ensure I purchased the right product.
   I ordered the part and it came within 3 business days. I installed it this weekend and that went very smooth. 15 minutes. My Herman Miller office chair is up and running for another 30 years.
