   This worked great for my Steelcase chair. It is great to have a chair that is in good working condition. It feels like I have a new chair even though my chair is over 30 years old!

   The cylinder restored my favorite Steelcase Sensor chair to good working condition. The included attachment hardware was a big plus, since the original hardware was worn and failing. My order was processed swiftly and arrived quickly.

6. Easy Gas Cyclinder Repair

   A great experience with straight forward ordering process and very fast delivery. The cylinder came with new assembly parts also. I had to get a little angry when taking out the lock washer which holds it in place, but pass that hurdle and it was a clean replacement job. Can't really say enough about the quickness of the order being filled and the communication through the process. So 5 stars for service also.

   Received the part and it was a little tricky to replace, but worked! :) Chair no longer sinks when you sit in it.

   I bought the gas cylinder for my Criterion model chair. I had only one issue and that was the lock washer was a bit too big and I mangled it trying to pound it in (I used a 5/8 socket). Luckily I kept the old ones and they went back in and fit great. All in all, the installation was quick and fairly easy. My chair works great again!

    The part worked perfectly. It would be nice if you had a video to go along with installation, but I found one online that worked nicely from an office products company. Anyway maybe you'll add one to your website too.
