21. So far so good

    Just received and installed the bearing kit for the lift cylinder rod; everything seems to work as advertised. Assembly was trivially simple; I used a small hammer to gently tap the clip into place. Can't comment yet on durability, of course.

    Sadly this didn't fix my noisy chair .. but the parts were easy to fit and there is less wobble in the chair now

    I cant say enough good things! These parts match what came off of my chair almost exactly! My chair had somehow punctured through the white ball bearing spinny thing. I have installed the parts and am waiting to see if the clip stays on. This could be an issue with another part on my chair, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I love the chair. Im so thankful to have found this replacement part! The addition of an installation video is out standing!! And did I mention it was FREE shipping!! Thank you!!
