   Just what I ordered. It arrived on time. The person that I communicated with by email was super. The bar stool swivel worked and had no problem mounting it. Top Notch Service.

   Very smooth and quiet operation. Would suggest having the bolt head flush with the plate if possible.

   Swivels arrived quickly. Were half the cost of the ones I found at Home Depot (who shipped the WRONG ones) and were very high quality. Smoot rotation and goes right back to center.

   The turntable or chair swivel works great. I had no problems mounting to chair and base. Delivery time was excellent.

   There smooth when moved. Return to center properly.
   Bought 4 so far happy. Little bit of a challenge to mount. My stool didn't have enough clearance for the bolt top. had to get longer screw for where the fastened to the seat and screwed nuts on the bolt for a spacer. I see other people had trouble hold the swivel when mounting when you mount them one side just go threw the slotted hole to tighten it.

   Easy to use website, provides the specific data you need to make a decision on what swivel you need. Placed the order, three days later I have the parts. Took 15 minutes to install swivels on both chairs...good for probably another 10 years and those are outside years. Best company to work with.

8. Fixed and Ready to Go

   Customer service here is A+++ Called to get advice about what I needed to fix my bar stool. I not only got the correct base , after getting advice, but I called back about installation.Peter suggested 3 ways to solve the problem I had. I followed his advice and my problem with the stool was solved. I now have a quality part and superb mechanical operation. A fantastic, knowledgeable company with cordial, patient, and helpful employees.

   I received what I ordered (S4760 flat) but I thought I was ordering the S4938 (tilted) which needed two years ago for another chair. I did not realize the error until I reassembled the chair and noticed there was no tilt. They are both of good quality.
