21. Customer Service is the real Office Chair Whisperer!

    Had no idea what parts would fit and needed gas lift cylinder and tilt mechanism. They took the time to figure what specific parts I needed to order. Fast delivery and everything fit perfectly. Saved a lot of money and have my favorite chair back! Just call them for help.

22. Lift is good, Repair was difficult

    The lift works great. I would recommend it. The repair was a beast! I could not get the lift tube out of the chair plate. I had a 24 inch pipe wrench and a torch, and it would not budge. I had to disassemble the chair plate assy and drive the cylinder out with a sledge hammer.
    
    My suggestion: Verify you can remove the old assy BEFORE ordering. : )

24. Fits perfectly in a standard generic chair

    My office chair is a cheap, kinda generic chair from Costco. I figured that gas cylinders wouldn't be quite as "universal" as advertised, but this one works perfectly as a replacement. I got this one because it has a longer travel than the original part, and I wanted a little extra height. Works exactly the way I wanted.

25. QUICK 10 Minute fix

    Works perfectly , As per video number 2 , I recommend a true Pipe wrench AKA " Monkey wrench " and a few squirts of WD-40 as it does take some torque to turn the cylinder , "Water pump pliers" as shown in the video might not be large enough to get good leverage .

    I was scared to order online thinking the gas shock wouldn’t fit. I gave CPO a call and they told me what to measure and gave me the part number I needed. And suggested the heavy duty Shock works perfect!!!

30. Extending the life of Office Chair

    The product was an identical replacement for the original OE version that, after 15 years was worn out. Saved spending $500+ on a new equivalent chair
