    Bought two office chairs ahead of our new office furniture arrived and installed. Called and representative helped me choose what strut to buy. Shipped and received in two days. Just the right size perfection

32. Very quick delivery

    VERY quick delivery but I had to research 3rd party videos on-line to discover how to make the gas cylinder fit my chair. I was about to return the part when I saw that the outer metal cover was removable. Easy to install once outer metal cover was removed. I say easy to remove the old gas cylinder as I have the required pipe wrenches. The old cylinder does not just pop out, there is a lot of twisting and turning required but all in all it only took about 5 minutes to complete the entire replacement.

    After a couple trials with another model, Pete suggested this lift. Chair is not one in which parts are easily found. Although early for a review, the chair appears to be working well. Pete worked off of information we provided to direct us to this model

36. Container Store Bungee chair

    One of my Container Store Bungee Cord chairs was shot, the pneumatic lift wasn't lifting. Plus it was a bit short when it had worked. Didn't know about the taller lifts I could install.
    Fit like the original but taller, chair much better now, I'm very pleased.

    I wrote to Chair Parts Online with the model of my chair and description of my need to increase the seat height 2-5 inches. I was provided a part number which I installed and it works perfectly. Thanks!

38. Saved my favorite chair

    I never thought of repairing the chair when it first started letting me down, on its own. Then I checked YouTube for ideas. I watched the video and ordered the new cylinder. The delivery was quicker than I expected, and the installation was as simple as it was shown to be on YouTube. For less than $25 I have essentially a new chair. I love it!

    The ads were correct - this was easy and very successful. Much less than replacing the chair and throwing out the old one into a landfill!

40. Fits in my Office Depot chair

    Getting old tube out of the chair seat was easy once I gave up with the rubber hammer and used my 2# steel sledge. Base wheels were not stuck at all. Slight longer than original but fine. Was too low to start with anyway when all
