Chair piston saves my old chair
Posted by Jerry on 22nd May 2020
What I valued most about getting my product here is how clear the instructions were on selecting the right kind of gas cylinder. I have two other chairs that might need the same part down the road, so I know I am choosing this company.

Perfect Fit!
Posted by Sean Reilly on 13th Nov 2019
I bought a used office chair and it sat a little lower than I realized when I got it home. The instructions on the site on how to measure everything were very helpful. My chair ended up being "standard" so swapping out out the part was super easy. Plus it's worth it to just get the whole cylinder instead of trying to replace a few parts. I opted for the 5 inches of travel and I'm glad I did. The 3.5 inches would probably still have been too low. The one thing I recommend is to make sure you can get the old lift cylinder out of your chair first! Mine was really jammed in there and took a big pipe wrench to get enough leverage to break it loose.
